Program breakdown
Detailed phases of the entrepreneurship program
PHASE 1
The Mindset of Freedom
This foundational phase helps participants rediscover purpose, build self-awareness, and develop emotional intelligence. Trainees learn how to shift limiting beliefs, cultivate discipline, and adopt a growth mindset—equipping them to turn challenges into opportunities and move forward with confidence, clarity, and resilience.
PHASE 2
Skill and Strategy
In this phase, participants gain practical business and digital skills needed to transform ideas into validated, market-ready solutions. Through hands-on training in branding, sales, marketing, finance, and technology, trainees learn how to structure, position, and scale real businesses that solve real problems.
PHASE 3
Execution and Pitch Readiness
This final phase focuses on execution. Participants build minimum viable products (MVPs), refine their business models, and prepare to confidently present their ideas. Trainees develop compelling pitch decks and learn how to communicate their vision with clarity, credibility, and impact—ready for investors, partners, and real-world opportunities.

FOUNDER'S STORY
I grew up in Lagos, Nigeria, surrounded by talented people whose dreams didn’t fail from lack of effort, but from lack of access and guidance.
At 24, I moved to the United States with my wife, a three-month-old baby, and just $100 to my name. With no support system, I worked multiple low-paying jobs to survive, often questioning if I had made the right decision for my family.
Ty Aros
Founder
Everything changed when I discovered the power of mindset, discipline, and mentorship. I learned wherever I could, through books, online mentors, and relentless self-education. That commitment transformed my life. By God’s grace and consistent work, I became a four-time award winning professional sales executives in the Automotive space and built a stable future for my family.

But I never forgot where I came from.
Freedom Business Academy was created for those who have the drive to succeed but lack access to opportunity and funding. My mission is simple: to remove barriers and give determined individuals, especially across Africa, the skills, mentorship, and belief they need to change their lives.
Someone believed in me when they didn’t have to.
Now I live to become that belief for others.
